This is not just another health challenge to lose a few pounds.  Midlife women experiencing perimenopause and menopause have unique health and wellness needs.

As your body changes in perimenopause and menopause, so do your nutrition and hydration needs.  75 to Thrive will help you create, implement and track a personalized plan to optimize these.

Optimal Midlife Movement

Did you know that in midlife, certain exercises that you thought were optimal are actually counter-productive?  Like HIIT workouts??  With 75 to Thrive, you will focus on what is most effective (and what's not) and implement a movement strategy that's right for you.

Engaging Mental Health Tools

It's vitally important to feel good about yourself and have an outlet for self-expression.  This is even more true for midlife women who are experiencing physical changes that can also impact mental wellbeing.  75 to Thrive focuses on proven tools and techniques to keep you motivated and feeling great about yourself and your accomplishments.

Daily Tracking

What's a challenge without tracking!  But we don't emphasize punishment in 75 to Thrive.  We track to celebrate success (and also give ourselves a break if - or when - we miss it).  Mostly done is much better than not done at all!
