If we don’t like tea tree oil, what can we replace it with for the shower spray? Also, do you know if the spray is safe to use on travertine tile? I find that a lot of conventional cleaners are not safe on travertine.

    • Cassie

Tea tree oil is very dangerous for pets! Check out Clary Sage, Frankincense or Myrrh for your cleaning products. They are also anti-microbial and have a much milder fragrance.
Natural stone like travertine is very easily damaged by cleaning products. For all natural stone try 3/4 c water, 1/4 c rubbing alcohol, 1t dish soap (or castile soap) and about 10 drops of essential oil of choice. It is also best to squeegee the shower after using to keep it from getting build up. Don’t forget that natural stone sometimes needs to be resealed!

Hmm it appears like your blog ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just
sum it up what I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying
your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to everything.
Do you have any suggestions for first-time blog writers?

    I’d certainly appreciate it.

Hello terrific blog! Does running a blog similar to this require a great deal of work?
I’ve absolutely no knowledge of programming however I
was hoping to start my own blog in the near future. Anyhow, should you have any recommendations or tips for new blog owners please share.

I know this is off topic nevertheless I simply wanted to
    ask. Kudos!

    • Cassie

Thank you! I’m glad you’re enjoying my blog. I could barely use Word when I started but I’ve found Word Press to be very user friendly and took a blogging class called Blogging Blastoff. I wish you well on your journey!
